ディーは、フルタイムで政府の仕事をしながら聖歌隊に入って歌うことが大好きだ。
なんと3つの違うコーラスのグループに入って、いろんな国へも遠征しているんだよ。

そのディーはガーデニング好き。
自分のテイストにガーデンを創り上げることが大好きなんだ。

生まれた家にずっと住み続けて50年以上も経つんだよ！

Dee is a full time government employee and loves singing. Currently she is a member in three different choirs and has travelled to many countries with the choirs over the years.

Dee loves gardening too and created the look of her garden to suit her own personal taste.

She was born in the house and has lived there for over 50 years.

フロントガーデン

これは、ディーと僕とで一緒に作っているんだ。
何年もの間、いろんな庭を訪ねてはアイディアをもらってね。

ディーのお気に入りは、グレートデクスター(Great Dixter)で、このフロントガーデンはそこから彼女がインスピレーションを受けたんだそうだよ。　

Front garden

Designed and made by Dee and myself over a period of years we visit many gardens to get ideas. Dee's favorite is Great Dixter which is the inspiration for the front garden.

バックガーデン

これは、まだ発展途上のバックガーデン。
メインは芝で、コンテナやら物置やら、鳥の餌台なんかもある。

Back Garden

The back garden is mainly lawn and trees. There are many containers, a garden shed and an area where we feed the birds.
